For nine months, we connect seasoned professionals with the next generation of professionals and entrepreneurs.
One on One Mentorship
Mentees will engage with their mentors:
- learn from their journeys
- guide guidance on career plan and pathways
- upgrade your CV, cover letter, interview skills, and more
- gain networking and professional opportunities
One on One Mentorship
Mentors will:
- Share their professional journey and assist mentees in career planning.
- Help strengthen mentees' CVs, cover letters, interview skills, and readiness.
- Expand their network within a global community of 100+ experienced mentors.
- Develop leadership, coaching, and communication skills while giving back.
INTERSECTION CIRCLE
workshops on professional and interpersonal skills development such as networking, job search, giving and receiving feedback
talks on essential topics including AI trends, financial literacy, ethical hacking
discussion sessions with experts and industry professionals

INTERSECTION TECH
A vertical of Intersection designed specifically for tech mentees and mentors. Aiming to boost youth’s career readiness skills in the technology fields.
Targeted majors: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, IT, MIS, etc.

Luna Al Ackhar - Mentee 3.0
Reflecting on her INTERSECTION mentorship journey, Luna is grateful for the profound impact it had on her life. Her mentor, Dr. Nada Messaykeh, offered guidance rooted in experience and empathy, supporting her every step and turning their meetings into spaces of growth and trust. With this guidance, Luna landed a new job in sustainable development, gained clarity on pursuing a Ph.D., and began shaping a future research and consultancy initiative. Beyond achievements, the mentorship gave her confidence and assurance in her path. Luna’s advice to future mentees is to embrace the mentorship as more than a short-term boost. The true value lies in the long-term relationship, the guidance, and the lasting confidence it cultivates, making the program a catalyst for both professional and personal transformation.
Dana Khairallah - Mentee 1.0
When Dana joined the Intersection Mentorship Program in 2022, she had just graduated and was at a turning point; uncertain about her path and whether she had the confidence to lead. Through conversations with her mentor, she began to see strengths she hadn’t recognized before, discovering both the leader within her and a new career direction beyond clinical nutrition. The mentorship helped her rethink impact not only as passion and service but also as something that must be emotionally and financially sustainable. With this new clarity and confidence, Dana went on to lead initiatives independently and eventually landed her dream role as Alumni Community Manager at JA Worldwide. For her, Intersection offered more than guidance; it provided perspective, belief, and access to a network that continues to shape her journey today.

Mentorship is a one-on-one relationship where an experienced professional supports a mentee by sharing guidance, insights, and advice to help them grow academically and professionally.
University students, fresh graduates, and early career professionals in Lebanon from all majors who are eager to grow, explore career paths, and build practical skills.
Yes, first-year students can apply, but priority is generally given to mid- and senior-level university students who are closer to making and advancing career decisions.
Yes, the program is free of charge!
Participants engage in one-on-one mentorship sessions, group workshops, networking events, and skill-building activities.
Mentors are professionals from diverse industries who volunteer their time to guide and support mentees.
- By joining as a mentor, you get to:
- Share your experience and guide the next generation of professionals.
- Build your leadership and coaching skills.
- Expand your professional network with mentees and fellow mentors.
- Give back to the community by supporting students and fresh graduates in achieving their goals.
Participants are selected based on their motivation and commitment, and on how well their career interests, goals, and readiness align with the expertise of available mentors for effective matching.
