Preparatory Program for Company Program Students

In this program, we explore the concept of intrapreneurship and learn about ethical responsibilities, idea generation, and critical decision-making in the entrepreneurial journey using real-life examples. We emphasize the central role of a well-crafted business plan as a roadmap, regardless of experience level. We also discuss different types of plans and the essential functions of startups and established companies. Additionally, we delve into basic economic concepts such as supply, demand, cost, price, and value to make informed decisions and develop pricing strategies.
